SUMMER NATURE CAMP
Come to Summer Nature Camp and have some fun in the sun all while learning about the natural world around us. Through age appropriate programs and activities the kids will experience the park by playing in the creek, going in search of buried treasure, and hiking Livermore’s hidden gem, Sycamore Grove Park. They will learn about everything from the solar system to tadpoles in the creek.Ages: 5 - 12Monday - Friday : 9am - 3pm7/21 - 7/25 - Wild Ways of the World Week
Come back down to Earth! Come learn about the how and why this big blue floating rock we are on is spinning round and round. Earthquakes, volcanoes, and geology oh my! We will explore the systems of the Earth, where water goes, how rocks form, extreme weather, and more!
We will have one special day to continue camp fun into the evening, with night games and a campfire. Thursday 7/24 camp will run from 3pm to 9pm.
Explorers drop off location:
Ranger Station Picnic Area (5035 Arroyo Rd) OR Arroyo Entrance (5049 Arroyo Rd)
An email will be sent to you by a Ranger from natureprograms@laprd.org the week before camp starts with all the information on meeting place and what each camper should bring.
