SUMMER NATURE CAMP
Step outside, make friends, hike through open spaces, and breathe in the fresh air while learning about the natural world around us. Through age-appropriate programs and activities, campers will experience Livermore's hidden gem, Sycamore Grove Open Space Park, with games, crafting, outdoor adventures, and community connections. Each week will feature a different nature theme, accompanied by new activities and adventures. Participants must be toilet-independent.Ages: 5 - 12Monday - Friday: 9am - 3pm
6/22-6/26: Phenomenal PlantsThis week let’s get to the root of some of the most abundant and essential species in Sycamore Grove: PLANTS! From the tallest oak trees to the smallest wildflowers, we’ll discover how to identify different plants in the park, what uses plants have to both people and animals, and even which wild plants are deliciously edible.
