The City of Lodi's Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services will once again offer the Fee Based After School Program (ASP) at Hutchins Street Square in the Holz Room. As well as the Punch Pass Program for ASP.
Transportation will be provided from school to the PRCS ASP Site at the HSS Holz Room (125 S. Hutchins St.) for the Monthly Participants only.
Space will be limited to 60 fee-based students at the HSS site and 20 Punch Pass participants at all sites. The fee-based program will have unlimited absences and no time requirements. A snack will be provided, recreational sports offered, arts and crafts activities, indoor & outdoor play and homework assistance but not completion; as well as excellent supervision by seasoned staff that have been background, TB tested, and drug screened.
The monthly ASP fee will be $325 with a $60 annual 1x registration fee that is per child. The annual Registration fee will be for the fee-based and Punch Pass programs only.
If your monthly ASP fee is not paid by the 5th of the month, there will be a $15 late fee, if not paid by the 10th of the month, there will be another $15 late fee, and if not paid by the 15th, your child's ASP services will be terminated the following business day. No exceptions. A re-enrollment fee of $70 will be paid along with the outstanding balance owed as well as the current month re-enrolling for. This is only if space if still available.
Punch Pass Program:1x Registration fee will be $60. You can be in the Monthly or Punch ASP program and you can switch 1x into the other program if it suits your needs best. Once switched, you will remain in the program you have chosen for the rest of the school year.
Punch Passes will be for 5-day at $140, 10-Day at $200, 15-day at $255, and the 25-day at $375. All passes can be shared by siblings, but the registration fee must be paid for each child sharing the pass. All passes are kept at the ASP Site. No transportation will be provide for the Punch Pass Participants.
If you would like to enroll into the fee-based programs, they will be on a first come first serve basis. Space will be very limited. Enrollments are done in-person at the PRCS Office at 230 W Elm St. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and closed every other Friday.
The fee-based ASP and Punch Pass program registration will begin August 6th and begin August 12th . Registration will be in-person at the Lodi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department (PRCS) office, 230 W. Elm Street, at 8:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may register during normal business hours, Monday-Thursday and every other Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
