2026-27 School Year Fee Based After School Program (ASP)Location: Hutchins Street Square, Holz Room, 125 S. Hutchins St. Ages: 4.5-12 or TK through 6th grade. General ASP Information:
Space will be limited to 60 fee-based students at the HSS site The fee-based program will have unlimited absences and no time requirements.
A snack will be provided, recreational sports offered, arts and crafts activities, indoor & outdoor play and homework assistance but not completion; as well as excellent supervision by seasoned staff that have been background, TB tested, and drug screened.
We do not charge for school breaks, holidays, or early dismissal days..We charge only for the 180 days of school. ASP Staff are onsite from 12 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Friday for all 180 days of school.
Parent must call to notify ASP Transportation Supervisor if their child will not need transportation for the day or days.
If your child gets picked up early from school, or is sick and absent from school, and we go to pick them up and they are not there, we will give a 1x courtesy call. Thereafter, if we go to pick up, they are not there, and we have not been notified, there is a $10 fee per child each time.
If your monthly ASP fee is not paid by the 5th of the month, there will be a $15 late fee, if not paid by the 10th of the month, there will be another $15 late fee, and if not paid by the 15th, your child's ASP services will be suspended or terminated the following business day. Automatic payments and a payment plan is available.
A re-enrollment fee of $70 will be paid along with the outstanding balance owed as well as the current month re-enrolling for. This is only if space if still available.
Registration will be in-person at the Lodi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department (PRCS) office, 230 W. Elm Street, at 8:00 a.m. Parents/guardians may register during normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, and every other Friday we are closed.
