About This Activity
Description
This is the first level of instruction in rhythmic gymnastics for girls and boys. Basic skills in ballet, dance, and equipment are taught. This is an introductory level, familiarizing students with basic body elements and equipment used in rhythmic gymnastics.
Gymnasts should wear leotards or basic dance clothes. Hair must be pulled back from face and neck.
* Our Mini Moves program will be partnering with Aspiration Dance Company to further advance their skills with amazing instructors!!
