Dance your way through this spectacular 45-minute dance class! Children will shuffle, hop, sing and dance while learning beginner ballet, jazz and tap techniques in this exciting and educational class. Dancers will have fun exploring preschool barre work, center floor work and across the floor work in these areas of dance. A variety of fun, sparkling props and upbeat popular children’s music will be enjoyed. This class participates in one routine in the Recital. Leotard any style and color, tights any color, pink leather ballet shoes NO DRAWSTRINGS/ TIES and black leather oxford slip on tap shoes NO TIES. Instructor: April Bergeron. Cash, check (payable to LPRD) and credit cards are accepted, and a 5-month automatic payment plan is available with a credit or debit card.Recital Tickets, Recital Recording & Costume Fees are NOT included in the class rate. Recital tickets will be available for purchase in the Spring. Recital Recording Production Fee: $45 per family.
**Please note: all credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee, regardless of payment plan.
Last day to withdraw from classes and receive a prorated refund for the remaining classes of the year minus a $25 withdrawal fee is Friday October 27, 2023. If you do not officially withdraw from classes with Parks and Recreation by this date, you will be charged in full for your class and costume fees.
