This class is for children Kindergarten through 2nd grade. A parent/adult must stay and assist in this class to support good behavior choices. Discounts are available for signing up for multiple months please call 903-237-1261 for more information. Participants are strongly encouraged to sign up for more than one month.Parkour is the activity of moving rapidly through an area by running, jumping, and climbing. With roots in military obstacle course training and martial arts, parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedal movement. Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way and envisioning the potential for creative movement around, across, through, over, and under its features.Sub Category
