Parkour is the activity of moving rapidly through an area by running, jumping, and climbing. With roots in military obstacle course training and martial arts, parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedal movement. Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way and envisioning the potential for creative movement around, across, through, over, and under its features.Participants are strongly encouraged to attend more than one month!
