Pinewood Athletics Club is a dynamic after-school athletics program for 4th and 5th grade students that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, designed to build skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love of movement in a fun and supportive environment. Replacing Pinewood’s current 4th–5th grade athletics model, the Academy introduces a more flexible, development-focused approach organized through seasonal sessions throughout the year. Students will explore a variety of sports while working with specialty coaches who bring expertise and enthusiasm to each program. Whether students are developing foundational skills or discovering a new passion, Pinewood Sports Academy emphasizes growth, sportsmanship, and active participation. Seasonal offerings will rotate throughout the year and currently include: Early Fall: Flag Football and Cross Country Early Winter: Soccer and Basketball Enrollment Limit: None Club Fee: $550 total (when they sign up they sign up for both days) Club Director: Ria Bose, Rashad Jackson, Jess Branson (guest coaches when needed)
