Credit card payments will be processed after the first full week of after-school activities on School Cash Online Monday, February 13th. During the first week of the program students may withdraw or switch from any activity without any penalty. Any programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements by Monday, January 30th be subject to cancellation. If a class has reached the maximum number of students, parents have the option of adding their child(ren) to the class waiting list via Active Network. Please do not be discouraged as most students are accepted off the waitlist once we add additional staff or classes are added, and/or other students drop out. All payments should be processed during the second week of after-school activities Monday, February 13th and finish on Friday, February 17th on SchoolCash Online . After February 17th there will be no refunds for withdrawals, class switches and discounted/prorated fees for late joiners.
