About This Activity
Description
Take your basketball skills to the next level!
Each session of this 6-week skills program is designed to help young athletes develop the fundamentals they need to become more confident and well-rounded players.2 weeks & 6 sessions total:
- Monday: Defense/Cone Work
- Wednesday: Ball Handling
- Friday: Shooting/Scrimmage
*These sessions are between Fall I and Fall II seasons and separate from our regularly scheduled youth basketball league programming*
