About This Activity
45-MIN CLASSES for Boys & Girls, ages 4-5. The 45-Minute Class is our preschool/pre-K aged class (4-5 years old). This is our youngest class, designed to work motor skills, basic gymnastics skills and terminology, body awareness and gymnastics shapes through games and various activities. The environment is nurturing and fun, while teaching patience, listening skills and discipline.
