Friday Field Trip: Getty Center Every child has a story. This week, they become authors. Campers step into a vibrant creative studio where imagination leads the way. Together, they create an original story, design characters, illustrate scenes, and turn their ideas into a real published book. Art, storytelling, creative writing, and hands-on design fill each day as children collaborate and see their creativity grow. By the end of the week, campers hold a finished book they helped create, a lasting keepsake and a powerful confidence boost. The Getty Center visit inspires young artists and storytellers while connecting their creativity to the wider world of art. Each camper leaves with a book they helped create. Kids love: seeing their ideas become real stories. Parents love: creativity, expression, and lasting pride. Field trip cost not included. Drop off at the Getty.
