About This Activity
60-MIN CLASSES for Boys & Girls, ages 5-12. The 60-Minute Class is our "beginner class" for ages 5-7 and 8-12 with the exception of Wednesday we offer an intermediate class. This class is designed to be an introduction to the sport of gymnastics. It is suited for first-timers as well as kids with prior experience at BGA or another gymnastics facility. The gymnasts will learn basic gymnastics moves, shapes and techniques for all four events along with the trampoline. The environment is nurturing and fun, while teaching discipline, hard work and cooperation.
