Building Resilient Parents Program is a FREE 8-Week program for parents and caregivers with children ages 2-12 years-old. It is a transformative program that provides parents with essential tools and support to create positive changes in family life while developing personal resilience. Through guided sessions, participants learn positive parenting strategies to manage challenging behaviors, techniques for managing parental stress and emotions, and ways to support their child's development.
