About This Activity
This Track is a more challenging and intensive training regiment. Students at this level take 6 hours of ballet a week which includes Pointe Variations. In addition, they will study Progressive Ballet Technique Classes twice a week. Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels. All additional elective classes ie. Modern, Jazz etc. can be taken at a 75% discount. Ballet Tech Class times: Mondays 6:30-8:00 Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 Thursdays 5:30-7:00 PBT Classes: Mondays 5:30-6:30 Saturdays 11:00-12:00 Pointe Class Tuesdays 7:00-8:00
