Adaptive Musical Theatre Skills is a 15-week class for students with special needs ages 14-25 that meets once a week for one hour. The program offers an inclusive, supportive space for participants to explore musical theatre through adapted instruction, creative expression, and performance skill-building tailored to individual needs. The class is designed to build confidence, self-expression, performance skills, social connection, and a sense of community through singing, movement, scene work, and ensemble activities.Current SHSA Adaptive Dance Program and Penguin Project participants may register through the standard enrollment process. New families should contact the office to schedule a brief interview with teaching staff so the team can learn about the student, discuss class expectations, and determine whether the program is a good fit.
