About This Activity
This Track is a more challenging and intensive training regiment. Students at this level work up to taking 10.5+ hours of ballet a week in levels II and III. Included in this time will be the study of Progressive Ballet Technique Classes. Included in this regiment is Pilate class, an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. Students should be age 13 or older in this track. All additional elective classes ie. Tap, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre can be taken at a 75% discount. Please call our office so we can apply the discount.
