A skill- and game-based program that engages children in physical fitness challenges and interactive sports lessons. Each day children learn about 1-2 sports with skills & drills occasionally followed by game play depending on skill level of the group. Partner activities and relays help children build teamwork while building coordination and self-confidence. Depending on weather and space sports could include baseball, basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track & field, volleyball and more!
