Join us for a five-day camp designed to help middle school athletes get a head start on developing the mental skills, habits, and mindset that lead to success—on and off the field. Led by JulieAnne Dietz, a former Division I scholarship athlete, Conference Player of the Year, and Hall of Fame inductee with over 20 years of experience as a counselor, mental performance trainer, and college recruiting consultant, this camp blends athletic insight with proven mental performance training. Through hands-on sessions, fun challenges, and interactive activities designed just for middle schoolers, athletes will build core skills like confidence, focus, resilience, communication, and building habits—while discovering the joy and love of sport. Every athlete deserves a mental performance roadmap. Start your summer having fun, building confidence, and laying the foundation for long-term success! Start early. Compete with confidence.
