Description
Introduction to Soccer, Baseball, and Softball is a class that will teach fundamental skills and techniques in these three sports to children between the ages of 6 and 13. The class will be led by Coach Ryan Wakefield, who has extensive experience coaching and playing these sports at various levels.
The class will begin with an introduction to soccer, covering basic skills like passing, dribbling, and shooting. Children will learn the rules of the game and participate in drills and games to develop their skills.
Next, the class will move on to baseball, where Coach Wakefield will focus on hitting, fielding, and throwing. Children will learn the fundamentals of the sport and practice their skills in games and drills.
Finally, the class will cover softball, which is similar to baseball but has some key differences in rules and equipment. Children will learn the basics of throwing, catching, hitting, and fielding in softball and participate in games and activities to develop their skills.
Throughout the class, Coach Wakefield will focus on sportsmanship and teamwork, teaching children to play the games with respect for their opponents and teammates. With a focus on fun and learning, Introduction to Soccer, Baseball, and Softball is a great way for children to discover and develop their passion for these exciting sports. (45 min, 8 wks)
