Acrobatic training teaches flexibility, balance, agility, strength, muscle control, plus discipline, and concentration. The discipline and concentration required for acrobatics carry over to many aspects of a student’s life, including academics and other athletic performance. We offer a multi-level class, where students will be instructed appropriately to their skill level, ranging from the very beginner (handstands, rolls, cartwheels, etc.) to the more advanced level (handsprings, flips, twists, etc.) Basic tumbling skills offer an added bonus for any dancer or athlete. Ages 6+ This is a non-performing class.
