About This Activity
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or experienced performer, we have a fun & challenging lyrical dance intensive to help students find a new form of self-expression. A lyrical dancer's movements attempt to give form to the meaning of the music. The lyrics of a song are the driving force and the inspiration of the movement - a fusion of ballet and jazz techniques. No uniform required. Comfortable danceable clothing. Please ensure no skin shows when arms are raised. Ballet or Jazz shoes. Wear hair pulled away from face.
