About This Activity
This class includes instruction in acting, music, and dance. Students will be taught the fundamentals in all three disciplines while preparing for the Elementary production. Each student will be given a character with lines, as well as learn various musical numbers with choreography. Students will be taught the basic skills needed for stage production, such as character development, voice projection, stage movement, choreography, and lyrical music. The class time will move quickly as at least three different teachers in their respective disciplines will teach the students every week. Please note- Seven-year-old students must have at least one year of Early Elementary as a pre-requisite unless by special approval by the CAST staff.
