Camp Summary: The Sports Performance Camp is a 3 day camp involving 2 workouts a day, one in the weight room and one on an indoor turf field. The purpose is to educate, equip, and enhance athletic performance for youth athletes going into grades 6-8 and 9-12. Foundational exercises will be taught and educated. By the end of camp athletes will understand and demonstrate competence in speed, strength, and power qualities vital to athletic success. Each day will also have a lifestyle education component such as nutrition, sleep, and mindset. *Lunch is provided, campers are responsible for their own breakfast/snacks. Camp Director: Chris Kerr Camp Director's Bio: Chris Kerr is the Director of Sports Performance for Club Sports at Liberty University, a role he has held since 2014. His teams have won 10 National Championships and he has coached a team to their respective National Championship Game every single year. Chris utilizes the latest and most advanced training methods to improve sport performance and has worked with athletes at the middle school, high school, college, and professional level.
