About This Activity
This hands-on, immersive class is designed for young writers. We will explore through practical exercises and discussion, with a focus on plot, theme, character development and story arc. Additionally, the application of proper use of sentence structure, grammar, punctuation and word choice will be reinforced. At week’s end, each student will have produced a short story which will be compiled with produced works by other attendees and distributed to each author.
