Description
The rehabilitation and training in Phase III+ is designed to return athletes to pre-injury levels of athletic performance. Many athletes have reported that it can take them a full year or season to get back to their pre-injury level of performance. One theory is that when an athlete returns to practice often their performance training diminishes. This program will focus on in-season and in-sport training. The program will have high level retraining in agility, plyometrics, speed, strength and power. Phase 3+ impact and conditioning will be adapted to meet each individual’s needs and workloads so they may still participate in their sport practice.Instructor
