About This Activity
Description
Join us in the warm water pool for a fun and social exercise class! Each session will focus on balance, range of motion, stretching, and safe movement. While all ages are welcome, this class is designed for seniors. Participants must be independent and medically stable. Register for the specific days and dates you want to attend.
