Join us for a virtual cooking class the whole family will love!
Looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal the entire family can help prepare? Chef Taylor Johnson will guide you through this one-hour virtual cooking class geared towards getting everyone in your household involved in meal prep.
This class takes place during the "Build the Connection Across All Stages of Life" week of National Nutrition Month. We encourage you to get household members of all ages and stages of life involved in mealtime! Cooking a meal together can support social relationships and overall wellbeing. So grab your family, friends, pets - whoever is in your household - and join us for this fun virtual class from the comfort of your own home!
What We'll Be Making:
- Chicken (or Tofu) and Squash Sheet Pan Fajitas
- Smashed Avocado Sauce
This cooking class is virtual and does not include ingredients. The virtual class link, recipe, and shopping list will be emailed to all registered participants one week prior to the class.
