The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!Cooking class details:
Looking for healthier desserts that don't sacrifice flavor or texture? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we will be making two nutrient-dense desserts that are perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth!
What We'll Be Cooking:
- Supper Club Grasshopper Parfait: This alcohol-free play on a Wisco supper club favorite is cool and refreshing for hot summer days. Layers of creamy, minty, protein-packed no-bake cheesecake are alternated with a chocolatey graham cracker-oat crumble.
- Door County Cherry Crisp: Enjoy the end of Door County cherry season with this twist on a fruit crisp. Quick, simple, and packed with the season's fruit, this recipe will become a crowd-friendly dessert staple!
Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($6 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
