Description
Exercise in the Warm Water Pool at East Madison Hospital Mild to moderate level of activity Each class will involve activity in the warm pool which will include focus on core strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Please consult with your physician before signing up for any exercise class. Cancelation & Refund Policy: Participants should contact the Center for Wellness staff 24 hours prior to a missed class. Staff will then transfer you into future classes or credit your account. Classes will not be credited if requested after the missed class has taken place. Full refunds will only be issued to participants who miss classes due to illness or injury. *Class participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.
