About This Activity
Description
Exercise and socialize with others in the 90 degree pool. Each session will be different, but focus will be on balance, range of motion, stretching and safe movement. All ages are welcome but class is designed for Senior Citizens. *Class participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.
