Going Solo is independent use (ie. no instructor) of the warm water pool. Most commonly this is for continuing a physical therapy warm water pool program independently. Participants sign up to come in during the designated times 1x per week.
We suggest wearing aqua shoes for comfort and safety.

Registering in a class meeting in the Fitness Center will automatically include the "sale" of a free ($0.00) class access pass that permits the registrant to swipe and enter the fitness center door. A yellow banner at the top of your registration page will appear announcing this. Please continue and complete your class registration. You are not being charged any additional fees.
