About This Activity
Description
Join us in the warm water pool for a fund an social exercise class! Each session will focus on balance, range of motion, stretching, and safe movement. While all ages are welcome, this class is designed for seniors.
Wednesday Fall Class Package Sept 9-Dec 16 (14 classes). No class 10/21
Participants must be independent, and medically stable. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
