Description
Registration in this class is for those who have already participated in a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program.
Join the in-person MBSR class for their Day of Mindfulness on Sunday, February 22, 9am-4pm.
Please dress comfortably.We encourage you to bring a water bottle and a sack lunch. We will have yoga mats, blankets, and cushions available for you to use, and you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
This session will follow CDC guidelines and UW Health Screenings that are in effect at the time of the class session.No refunds after Friday, February 20, 2025.
