Description
Every third Thursday the MACRD will be holding a Kayak Roll Night. Meet other paddlers and talk up kayaking adventures. Kayak Roll Night provides an opportunity for kayakers of all experience levels to work on skills and have fun in the safety of the pool. If you're a beginner, this is a great way to get comfortable in a kayak, work on basic strokes, and start working towards more advanced skills such as rolling over. The pool is a great place for beginner, intermediate, or advanced paddlers to master your roll (including off-side roll, hand roll, etc.)Kayaks are not provided by the MACRD and must be rinsed off prior to entering the pool. Participants must be able to carry their own kayak. Lifejackets are required and we provide them if needed. Ages 15 and older.
Pre-registration is recommended as there are limited spaces.
Activity Refunds:
Refunds will be assessed a 6% processing fee to cover ActiveNet charges. If the refund is credited to a patron’s account the processing fee will be waived.
A 100% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 10 business days prior to the date registration closes.
A 50% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 5 business days prior to the date registration closes.
No refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity after registration closes.
Activity fees will not be refunded or pro-rated for patrons who miss a portion of an activity or program.
