Description
Play time for everyone! Enjoy our wonderful facility by floating around the lazy river, sliding down the 100-foot slide, diving off the diving board, swinging off the rope swing, soaking in the hot tub, or just splashing around and having fun!
**Children 8 years and younger must have a parent or guardian IN THE WATER with them.
Children 8 years and younger require a responsible adult IN THE WATER with them.Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult IN THE FACILITY.No inflatables allowed. Coast guard approved devices and foam pool noodles are permitted.Spa/Hot tub users must be 16 years or older.The height requirement for the slide is 48" tall.
Refund Policy:
All refunds will be assessed a 6% ActiveNet processing fee. Account credits will not be charged this fee.
Patrons may cancel their participation in a program at any time and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Credits and refunds will be granted as follows:
Pre-registration required activities:• 100% refund, transfer or account credit, 15 days or more before activity registration closes• 50% refund, transfer or account credit, 7-14 days before activity registration closes• No refund, transfer or credit, 6 days or less before activity registration closesDrop-in activities:• 100% refund, transfer or account credit prior to the start of the activity• No refund, transfer or credit after activity has started
The executive director and/or their designee has the authority to grant exceptions to these guidelines on an as-needed, situational basis. Documentation will be provided and approved in writing.
