About This Activity
Welcome to Young Rembrandts!. We are excited to bring the power of drawing to your community. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your child receives the best art education possible. Our camps are built to be fun, but children who participate in local Young Rembrandts programs increase academic skills, fine motor skills, social skills, hand and eye coordination and confidence. Our weekly specialty camps expose our students to a wide variety of subject matter, artistic concepts, art history and mastery of their materials. Each session and each week will work on different projects, and we never repeat the lessons so that students who attend multiple camp sessions will always learn something new. In a typical camp session students will discuss and draw several styles, such as portraits, still life, pop art, anime, cartoons, and will work with a variety of coloring media that will include colored pencils, markers and pastels. No experience necessary, and all the materials are included. If paying by check- please print invoice and make checks payable to Young Rembrandts- 490 Lancaster Ave STE 15, PoBox 2172, Malvern PA 19355. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR SPOT IS CONFIRMED. PICK UP/LATE PICK UP: Families must pick up their students at the posted end of class time. If your child will attend an afterschool program at the end of our club, a representative must come and pick up your child from our instructor. Their full name and contact information should be in your file for us to dismiss students to them. If an emergency occurs that prevents you from picking your child up, you should notify us at 610-864-0018 immediately. If we are not contacted by a guardian, and guardians fail to show up for pick up, we will attempt to contact the parents/guardians and emergency contacts as listed in your account. If we are unable to reach anyone after 30 minutes past the posted end of program time, the local police will be contacted. Late pick up will result in late fees of $1/min
