About This Activity
Creative Movement, in other words 'Dance,' is an art form that will never go out of style. Dancing can help build confidence, improve skillsets, foster commitment, and cultivates a positive self image. Looking to build confidence and positive self image at a young age can be done so through introducing exercise through dance. Talent does not matter. If you show up each day, your confidence will grow over time. You can apply the life lessons from dancing to other areas. Dancing invites you to express your creativity and imagination.
