About This Activity
If school is OUT, we are IN! Campers get to cook meals, enjoy wild science experiments, indoor/outdoor games in our large yards, interactions with our flock of laying hens, AND we feature crafting, exercising, gardening & guest visitors too! Kids cook crabby calzones, chihuahua tostadas and also get to try their hand at ham and cheese monkey bread! Campers compete in our animal yoga challenge, test their knowledge of wacky animal facts, and even EAT like animals (puppies don’t have hands… and birds must catch the popcorn tossed into our beaks!). We will explore our WILD side in the rainforest, the arctic, desserts and oceans where we go fishing for new friends (gummy worms are the best bait this time of year!). We’ll construct sugar cube igloos to hide from polar bears and only the bravest will taste our chocolate covered crickets…those are reserved for the WILDEST of campers! (Extended care options available from 8am-5pm) Camp programs are open to ages 5-12. However if your child is outside of this age range, please call the office to discuss accommodations. 985-727-5553
