About This Activity
Description
For beginning volleyball players putting their knee pads on for the first time. Learn the fundamentals of indoor volleyball such as: serving, passing, hitting and setting. This session is designed for young players to develop a strong athletic foundation, grow their knowledge of indoor volleyball and learn how to work with a team while having fun. No class 2/20.
