Back by popular demand, Join the running club with Ms. Williams! Participants will be introduced to proper running form and technique, biomechanics, goal setting, injury prevention, strength & conditioning exercises, and much more! Participants will run weekly along the side of Chelsea Piers on Friday. Please wear appropriate athletic/ movement clothing (no jeans) and running shoes (no sandals). Note: students in this club will be required to run and follow the directions of the instructors. Those who do not participate may be asked to leave.
