About This Activity
Description
Our Junior Certification Class is a short program designed to teach kids ages 9 to 16 years old how to safely use the gym. During this session, one of our experienced Personal Trainers will show them proper equipment use, basic workout techniques, gym rules, and safety guidelines. Once they complete this Junior Certification Class, kids are permitted to use our fitness areas and equipment on their own without the supervision of a parent. Our goal is to help young members build confidence, learn healthy habits, and stay safe while exercising.
