Description
Get ready for club volleyball season with our 2026 Summer Volleyball Bootcamp! This program is designed for club volleyball athletes looking to get in shape before their season starts. Each session consist of 1 hour of volleyball specific sports performance training, and an hour of on court volleyball skill work. Sports performance will include strength training, speed and agility work, mobility work, and jump training with our certified Spooky Nook strength trainers. The hour of volleyball will focus on ball control, and incorporate some live play too, lead by NVA club director Libby Woffindin. Join us for one session, or all 4. If you are looking to get in shape before season, this is the program for you! All club volleyball athletes are welcome.
