Important Class Info:
This fitness class is for MARC Members only or must purchase a MARC day pass before the class begins. No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk. Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts.SPIN with Brenda Ready to ride? Join Brenda for a beginner-friendly spin class that's full of fun, encouragement, and great music! Perfect for ages 16+, this class is designed to help you build endurance, boost energy, and feel awesome—no experience necessary. Brenda’s supportive style and upbeat vibe will have you pedaling with confidence in no time!
Ages: 16+ First-timers welcome!
What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel if you plan to break a sweat (you probably will!).
Class Rules: Be on time to get set up properly, follow Brenda’s lead, and most importantly—have fun and keep those wheels turning!
ATTENTION: This class is for MARC members OR must purchase a MARC Day Pass before the start of the class.
Please make sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a closed container water bottle.
No equipment needed! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set-up your bike.
