About This Activity
Description
Important Class Information:- This fitness class is for MARC Members only or purchase a MARC day pass before the class begins.
- No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk.
- Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts – don’t miss out!
- Please check the Child Watch schedule and plan ahead -- capacity is limited to 16 children.
20 Minute HIIT with Danielle Get in, sweat it out, and crush your workout in just 20 minutes! Join Danielle for a high-energy HIIT class. With her kind spirit and unstoppable energy, Danielle will motivate you to push through quick bursts of movement that leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day.
Ages: 16+ All fitness levels welcome!
What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe sneakers, bring a towel, and a water bottle with a closed lid to stay hydrated.
Class Rules: Be on time (this class is short and intense!), listen to your body, and follow Danielle’s lead. Come ready to work hard and leave feeling amazing!
