About This Activity
Description
Important Class Info: This fitness class is for MARC Members only or purchase a MARC day pass before the class begins. No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk. Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts.
Body Weight Tone and Sculpt with Brenda Sculpt, tone, and feel strong with Body Weight Tone and Sculpt, a beginner-friendly, total-body workout led by the amazing Brenda! This fun and supportive class uses only your body weight—no equipment needed—to build strength, improve balance, boost endurance, and get your heart pumping through a mix of standing and floor exercises. Brenda’s positive energy and clear guidance make it perfect for all fitness levels ages 16+, and you're encouraged to move at your own pace.
Ages: 16+Class Rules: Please arrive early—class starts right on time—and don’t forget your water bottle, towel, and a mat if you’d like to use one!
ATTENTION: This class is for MARC members or must purchase a MARC Day Pass before the start of the class.
Please make sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a closed container water bottle.
May bring your own mat. No other equipment needed! Please be on time.
