About This Activity
Description
Important Class Info:
- This fitness class is for MARC Members only or must purchase a MARC Day Pass to register.
- No Drop-Ins Allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk.
- Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts.
Class Length: 45 minutesAges: 16+ First-timers welcome!
What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes or cycling shoes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel if you plan to break a sweat (you probably will!).
Class Rules: Be on time to get set up properly, follow Kathia's lead, and most importantly—have fun and keep those wheels turning!
Class Reminder: To help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated during class. Participants causing disruptions may be asked to leave the class. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for fellow participants and instructors.
