Important Class Info:
- This fitness class is for MARC Members only or purchase a MARC day pass before the class begins.
- No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk.
- Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts – don’t miss out!
- Please check the Child Watch schedule and plan ahead -- capacity is limited to 16 children.
SHiNE + UPLIFT with Tiffany and Lauren: Lift heavy and dance freely! We start with UPLIFT strength training, using hand weights and bands to target specific muscles, all while moving to iconic music. After building strength and working hard, we transition into the fun with SHiNE Dance Fitness-high energy, easy-to-follow routines set to current hit music. It's the perfect blend of strength and cardio, where we work hard and then celebrate with a dance party. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and full of joy! (*UPLIFT equipment will be provided)
Ages: 16+
Class Rules: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for equipment setup. Please bring your own Yoga Mat. All other equipment will be provided.
