Important Class Info:
- This fitness class is for MARC Members only OR MUST purchase a MARC day pass to register.
- No Drop-Ins Allowed – All participants must register online or in-person at the MARC 1st floor front desk.
- Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts
- Please check the Child Watch schedule and plan ahead -- capacity is limited to 16 children.
Strength Split Training with TrinDuration: 1 hourA strength + conditioning class designed to build muscular strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall movement quality using light dumbbells, bodyweight, and other equipment. Each session emphasizes functional movement patterns, intentional resistance training, and proper form to build strength, stability, and confidence for everyday activities.
Ages: 16+
Rules: Arrive early, bring your towel, can-do attitude and a water bottle!Note: If new to the class and modifications are needed, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class.
Class Reminder: To help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated during class. Participants causing disruptions may be asked to leave the class. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for fellow participants and instructors.
